The Womb & The Pierced Heart: An Embodied Journey with Our Lady of Sorrows

We often approach the mysteries of the Bible through the mind. In this circle, we will allow the body to enter the prayer, focusing on the Seven Sorrows of Mary. We will bring our attention downward, from the heart into the womb, and listen to the rhythm already written into the female body. A rhythm of making space, tending, holding, letting go, and beginning again.
